This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at evlifestyles.com.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs:

At EV Lifestyles, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. Our shipping policy is designed to offer flexibility and transparency regarding delivery options and costs.

Free Shipping:

  • We are pleased to offer free shipping to all locations where we have established warehouses. This ensures that customers in these areas can enjoy our products without any additional shipping charges.

Paid Shipping:

  • For locations outside of our warehouse regions, shipping costs will apply. These costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.

Shipping Handling:

  • Shipping for all orders is managed by our individual suppliers. They are responsible for choosing the most efficient shipping option available to ensure your order arrives promptly and in excellent condition.
  • We aim to provide a seamless shipping experience, balancing speed and reliability to meet your needs. For any questions or further details regarding our shipping options and delivery costs, please contact us at info@evlifestyles.com.

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders placed before 2 PM Monday-Friday are processed the same day, orders placed after 2pm Monday-Friday are not guaranteed to be processed until the next day.
  • Orders placed on Saturday-Sunday or on a public holiday are not guaranteed to be processed until the next business day.

Delivery Address, Address Changes:

Continental US Shipping:

  • We are pleased to offer free shipping for all our bikes within the continental United States.
  • Please refer to the product page for specific details on shipping options and availability.

International Shipping:

  • In select cases, we offer shipments to other countries, depending on the availability of warehouses in those regions.
  • To inquire about international purchases, please contact us at info@evlifestyles.com before placing your order.

Address Changes:

  • We do not change addresses on any order once it has been placed.
  • If you have made a mistake in your delivery address, you will need to cancel the order. 

Refused Shipments / Return to Sender - Flat Fee:

  • If you refuse delivery of an order that we shipped to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $250 per e-bike to partially cover our shipping costs.
  • We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped.
  • If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return when it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less the $250 fee.
  • Please note, to receive a refund for a refused shipment, you must notify us at info@evlifestyles.com. Failure to notify us will cause a significant delay in processing your refund.

Cancellations:

  • Due to the speed at which we process orders (as quickly as possible), you must cancel your order within 90 minutes of placing your order. If you do not cancel your order within 90 minutes of placing the order, we cannot change it.
  • Please make your selections carefully and reach out to our team for guidance to ensure you are choosing the right item.
  • If more than 90 minutes have passed since you placed your order we cannot cancel your order. 
  • To cancel your order, please follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Once logged in, navigate to the "My Account" section.
  3. Under the "Order Details" section, locate the specific order you wish to cancel.
  4. Please know that cancel requests are only available during the first 90 min after you placed your order.
  5. Click on the "Cancel Order" button to initiate the cancellation process.

View and Track Your Order:

Viewing Orders:

  1. Log in to Your Account:

    • Click on the "Account" or "Log In" button, usually found in the top right corner of the page.
    • Enter your email and password to access your account.
  2. Navigate to Your Orders:

    • Once logged in, go to the "My Account" or "Order History" section. This can often be found in a dropdown menu under your account name or in a sidebar.
    • Here, you will see a list of all your past and current orders.
  3. View Order Details:

    • Click on a specific order number or details link to view the order summary.
    • This page will show you the items purchased, the order status, and any shipping information.

Tracking Shipments:

  1. Find Tracking Information:

    • On the order details page, look for the "Shipping Information" or "Tracking" section.
    • If the order has been shipped, you should see a tracking number or a tracking link provided by the shipping carrier.
  2. Track the Shipment:

    • Click on the tracking number or tracking link to open the carrier's tracking page. This will show you the real-time status and location of your shipment.
    • If a direct link is not available, you can copy the tracking number and visit the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) to manually enter the tracking number.
  3. Check Email for Updates:

    • Customers typically receive email notifications with tracking information when the order is shipped.
    • Check your email inbox and spam folder for shipping confirmation emails from the store.
