We want you to love your purchase, but if an item fails to meet your expectations, please carefully read our return and refund policy below.

Order Cancellation:

Please note, once an order is placed the processing begins immediately, you have 24 hours to reach out to our team in order to cancel your order without restocking fees.

Any unshipped orders (including pre-orders but excluding custom orders) can be cancelled, prior to shipment for a full refund. Refunds will be returned to the method of payment used for the order. If an order was partially fulfilled, then any unshipped portion of the order will be eligible for free cancellation with a full refund.

Bike Return:

You are eligible for a refund within 7 days starting from the day you receive your ebike. The bike must be returned in the original box. Freight cost for returned bikes is at the client expense.

You are required to return your ebike in the same condition it was received and packed in its original packaging within 7 days following your ebike delivery. Once returned in our warehouse, the ebike will be subject to inspection and if deemed unsellable, has signs of heavy use or tear, or not in it’s original condition, it will be sent back at the customer's expense.

If packaging is damaged upon arrival, please take photos and videos from as many angles as necessary to fully show the damage of the packaging and send us the photos and videos for review and guidance on how to proceed. If the box arrives damaged, do not open the box until we have advised you that is is OK to do so.

Parts or Accessories Return:

You have 7 days after delivery to return any unused part or accessories purchased on the CARBO PORTAL Shop https://portal.ridecarbo.com/shop/. There is no restocking fee but we do ask that you pay for return shipping. Refund is processed once we receive and inspect returned accessories.

To qualify for a return:

The item(s) must have been purchased from https://portal.ridecarbo.com/shop/
The item(s) was delivered no more than 7 days ago.
The item(s) must be in its original packaging.
Your return must have been approved with us through a support ticket submitted via your portal at portal.ridecarbo.com

The refund will be applied to the original card used in the transaction once the returned bike arrives to our facility, and is fully inspected within 3-5 business days.

Any products not used, damaged or altered in any form within 7 days of delivery and in its original packaging is eligible for a return. Bike parts and accessories that have been mounted to a bicycle can not be returned/exchanged. Returned merchandise must include all original packaging, and must be in its original package to avoid shipping damages and additional restocking fees. Restocking fees are deducted from funds returned to your original payment method.

Please note, that we reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the purpose was for stock trading/reselling and not personal use.

Returned items will be checked by one of our specialists to ensure they meet the criteria set out in this Returns and Refund policy. Please note if you return items which are outside our Returns and Refund policy we will be unable to process a full refund. We will contact you in such circumstances.

We cannot offer exchanges for unwanted items; please place a new order for any alternative items you require. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order within 3-5 working days of receipt at our warehouse and once the item has been checked by one of our technicians.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are attempting to return. For more information regarding our limited warranty and claims process, please review our Terms and conditions policy.

Return Policy

We are not satisfied unless you are completely satisfied. We ask that you give our E-bikes a few rides before coming to this conclusion. We believe that we have produced a high quality product that you will love. Should you decide your bike is not for you, please contact our team within 30 days to make arrangements.

*All models will incur a $600 restocking fee.

The ebike must have less than fifty (50) miles on the odometer, be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, alarm fobs, etc.). Simply repack the E-bike with the original shipping material and box.

All refunds will be processed after item has been received and inspected. (Please note that any damages incurred to a returned bike will be deducted from the refund amount) A net value will be evaluated, and a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

All cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days from receipt of notice of cancellation.

Custom color helmets are non-returnable.

How it Works To make your return process seamless, follow these steps:

Conditions:

The bike must have been purchased new from superhumanbikes.com within the last 5 weeks.
The bike must be in like-new condition, free from scratches or damage.
Ensure the bike is returned in its original packaging (remember to save the box!).
Mileage should be less than 100 miles.
Professionally package the bike to prevent shipping damage. Any shipping damage during return is your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return:

Within 5 weeks from your date of order contact our support team with photos of your bike from every angle, including the odometer (turned on to show mileage), and the original box.
Our support team will confirm the details and provide you with a return shipping label within 5 business days.
Ship the bike back to us within the given timeframe.
Once we receive and inspect the bike, we’ll issue a full refund, including shipping fees.

Please Note:

Take care when riding, packing, and shipping; any damages to the bike will be assessed at market value.

Returns

As shipping and importing a Meepo board from overseas back to China is much more costly, we don't provide returns for Meepo boards delivered.

REFUND

Generally, you can cancel your order and get a refund only when the products are not shipped yet.
You need to email info@evlifestyles.com, and we will refund you very fast.
Item can't be cancelled if it is shipped.
You will receive the full refund within 7 business days after we cancel your order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that have not been opened and in their original packaging. Ridden items will not be accepted. Returns must be initiated within 30 days after purchase. Please first contact us to request a return before shipping your item back to us.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must first be reviewed upon return. It must also be in the original packaging with all original contents. Customers are responsible for shipping returns to InMotion USA at their own expense. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee subtracted from the refund amount. Opened / used / damaged items may increase the amount of the restocking fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Due to increased cost of processing fees, we will only be able to refund your order minus $100 processing fee once the payment has been processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If any fees such as shipping and / or restocking fees are applicable, that amount will be subtracted from the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a pre-paid return shipping label from us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty For U.S. Customers

1. Warranty

InMotion USA warrants to the original consumer purchaser of the Product (“Purchaser”) that it will be free from defects in materials and manufacture on the date of purchase and will remain serviceable for a period of one year after the date of Purchaser’s purchase, subject to the exclusions in the following paragraph.

Products purchased as "Refurbished" from InMotion USA are covered under warranty to be free from malfunction resulting from manufacturing defects for 90 days from date of purchase.

Products purchased as "Open Box" have warranty coverage of 6 months from date of purchase. Products purchased as "Refurbished" have warranty coverage of 30 days from date of purchase. Products purchased on sale are exempt from this warranty coverage.

Services provided have warranty coverage of 30 days from date of purchase. Should you have any issues with our services, please contact us to rectify the issue.

2. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

This Limited Warranty does not cover Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or damage to the Product or any component part caused by any of the following: all external causes such as (but not limited to) dropping, accident, collision, abuse, vandalism, negligence, improper handling, maintenance, or storage, neglect; misuse such as riding over obstacles, overloading, racing, or otherwise using the Product contrary to the instructions and warnings contained in the user manual by InMotion; normal wear and tear, deterioration of paint, trim and appearance items that results from use and/or exposure to the elements; cleaning with a high pressure water system, abrasives or solvents; damage and/or defects caused by unauthorized and/or improper attempts to repair, alter, disassemble or otherwise modify the Product or any of its components; damage caused by improper electrical connection, exposure to chemicals, water or excessive temperatures; and/or any damage and/or failure resulting from earthquake, fire, flood or other casualty or acts of God.

3. Exclusion and Limitation of Other Warranties

The preceding warranty is the exclusive warranty applicable to the Product and supersedes any prior, contrary or additional representations, whether oral or written. Any implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the one year period of the preceding warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

4. Exclusive Remedy

If the Product fails to conform to the preceding warranties, the Purchaser must notify InMotion within a reasonable time and in no event more than 30 days after the discovery of the nonconformity by e-mail to service@myinmotion.com. InMotion will provide a Return Authorization number and form. Purchaser must deliver the Product, together with proof of date of purchase to InMotion. Purchaser shall be responsible for and must prepay any shipping expense for return of the Product. InMotion will examine the Product and, in the event of a breach of warranty, will provide, at its sole option and within a reasonable period of time: (1) repair of any nonconforming Product or components or (2) replacement of any nonconforming Product or components with conforming product or components. Repaired or replacement products will conform to the warranty for the unexpired duration of the warranty period for the original, nonconforming Product. InMotion may use used or repaired material for all warranty claims. The remedy selected by InMotion in accordance with this paragraph shall be the exclusive and solve remedy for any breach of warranty.

5. Exclusion of Consequential, Incidental, and Other Damages

InMotion and its distributors and dealers shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any warranty or for damages arising from nondelivery or from the use, misuse, or inability to use the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

6. Choice of Law; Disputes; Severability

The laws of the State of California (excluding application of its choice-of-law rules) shall govern all matters arising out of or relating to this Limited Warranty, including without limitation, its validity, interpretation, construction, performance and enforcement. No action arising out of any claimed breach of warranty or breach of any remedial promise arising out of or relating to this Limited Warranty may be brought more than 1 year after the cause of action has accrued. If any part of this warranty is found to be void or unenforceable, then the remainder shall have full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be partially enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Warranty For Consumers Outside the U.S.

For consumers who buy their Product outside the U.S., the terms of the preceding warranty apply. In addition, InMotion grants to such consumers any additional warranty rights prescribed by the domestic statutory law regarding consumer warranties in effect where the consumer buys the Product, and InMotion does not curtail or limit those rights that cannot be excluded or limited under that law. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply to the sale of the Product. Units purchased in the US must be returned to the US for any warranty repair.

Warranty For Commercial Buyers Worldwide

For buyers of the Product who use the product in their trade, business, or profession or for commercial activity, Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 of the preceding “Limited Warranty for U.S. Consumers” apply, but Section 3 of the Limited Warranty does not apply. Instead, the following provision applies:

Exclusion And Limitation Of Other Warranties

The express warranty contained in Sections 1 and 2 of the preceding “Limited Warranty for U.S. Consumers” is the exclusive warranty applicable to the Product and supersedes any prior, contrary or additional representations, whether oral or written. InMotion disclaims and excludes all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and any implied warranties otherwise arising from course of performance, course of dealing, or usage of trade.

RETURN

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns are not allowed after 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or the e-bike must have less than ten (10) kilometres on the display, it must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@engwe-bikes.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Engwe is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves.

Engwe support team could provide you with technical solutions. If the issues still can not be resolved, we would recommend you bring theitem to your local bike repair store for fixing, and we would like to provide reimbursement for the defectiveness. Please note that to be eligible for the reimbursement, i)valid print invoice/digital invoice of the repair shop (handwriting invoices are not eligible); ii) the amount of reinbursement cannot exceed twice the price of the corresponding parts for the repair. iii)We do not offer exchanges when parts are damaged again. Only one replacement per part will be accepted. Engwe reserves the right to determine between defective products and normal wear and tear.

A. For returned e-bikes or batteries with our provided return label, our warehouse needs five business days upon receiving to confirm the e-bike or battery status.
After we confirm that the returned item is consistent with the buyer's description, a refund will be issue within 1-2 business days.
B. If you return the item by yourself, you need provide us with a picture of the delivery note, tracking number, and carrier name. After the package's logistics track shows delivery, we need five business days to confirm whether the package status is consistent with the buyer's description; we will refund you within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

If the model of the returned e-bike or battery is inconsistent with the order information, Engwe cannot provide a refund;

If the condition of the returned e-bike or battery is inconsistent with the description before the return, a certain percentage of the amount will be deduct. The specific deduction ratio shall be deducted reasonably by Engwe depending on the loss of parts.

How can I get the refund.

If you confirm that you want to return and request a refund, you can contact our support team for a return label, we will refund you after we received the returned parcel.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. Once the order is canceled, you will get the full refund through the original payment route. while we cannot cancel the order if the product already has been shipped out. Moreover, To prevent loss or damage when return, please do do not reject the delivered ebike, and do receive the package first, then contact us via Livechat / Phone / Email immediately, we will call the UPS/FedEx to pick up door to door and take it back. The left refund that has deducted the certain shipping cost will be applied to the original card used in the transaction. Appreciated for your kindly cooperation in advance.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept a return on products. Customers have the right to apply for return within 7 calendar days after the receipt. To be eligible for a return,customers must receive the product in 100% new, Re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for a refund if it has been assembled, ridden, worn, used, abused, damaged in any way. The merchandise must arrive complete, including warranty cards, manuals, accessories,promotional material, and in the original packaging.Customer must initiate return shipment of the merchandise within 7 calendar days after the delivery date, and pay for the shipping cost to EUNORAU’s warehouses located in the US/AU/EU/UK. We will finish the inspection within 5 days after receipt of the product. If the returned products are not in original condition according to Clause, we will refuse a refund.If the returned products are in original condition according to Clause, and the reasons attributable to the EUNORAU, we will agree to refund the full paid amount, while the reasons attributable to the Customer, we need to deduct the shipping cost first, then the left part will be refunded.

Return Policy

If you want to return the electric bicycle without defective or damaged, we only accept return requests submitted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact customer service staff (aostirmotor@gmail.com) within 30 days. We will not accept return of bicycles without defective or damaged after 30 days. The ebike must have less than ten miles on the odometer, be free of any wear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use. And must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box (bike, charger, keys, kit, etc.).
We will charge 15% of the bicycle order as a processing fee, and you can only get a 85% refund of the total order price.
Purchased Products that have not yet shipped shall be subject to a 10% processing fee.

Return process (return application is only accepted by email, not by phone)

a.Submit you return request by mail. The email needs to include the order information, the reason for the return and the picture of the bike.
b.You need to pack the bicycle according to our requirements, take pictures after packing and send them to us.
c.After getting authorization from the customer service staff, we will send you a prepaid label. You need to print our label and affix on the box.
d.Your refund will be returned within three working days after our warehouse confirms receipt of the goods. Due to the reason of the bank, the refund time may be somewhat delayed.

If the product is returned without authorization from our customer service staff, it will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We do not do exchanges of any kind (unless your item arrives damaged). You will have to place a new order with the correct items, and you may return the items that were incorrect for a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You are responsible for return shipping charges.

Returns:

MotoTec USA will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for the product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a return authorization number (RA #) that must be marked on your return package. With the exception of wrong products shipped caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will be buyer's responsibility as well as the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. No return will be accepted without invoice number or date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and in transit back to MotoTec USA within 10 days of receiving the product. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit.

Damaged / Defective Items:

MotoTec USA will ship out free replacement parts if any shipping damage occurs or products arrive with missing/defective parts. Labor is not included, customers are responsible for replacing these parts. Shipping charges of warranty parts is only covered if shipping within the 48 contiguous States. Should the item be majorly damaged beyond warranty repair, MotoTec USA, at their discretion, will offer a return or ship a replacement unit. Customers are responsible to box and safely pack the item for shipping, we cannot provide boxes or packing material. If damage is not reported to us within 10 days of receiving the item, the shipping companies will not honor the damage claim and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges. For items shipped LTL Freight, damage must be noted with the driver on the delivery receipt at time of signature, or for concealed damage, they must be notified within 5 days of receiving, otherwise the claim will be denied.

RETURN POLICY

Please read the following carefully to understand our returns policy applicable to all components, accessories and ebikes sold by Wallke.

Order Cancellation

Wallke recommend all the buyers double-confirm your address, phone number, order detail, and other information ASAP once the order is placed. If there is a mistake in your order details, our support team is also able to modify that as long as it has not been shipped.

Orders which have already been shipped (you have received a tracking number) cannot be changed or canceled. Cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a response from our customer support team. Customers will receive an email confirmation if the order is successfully canceled.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping damage:

For items that arrive damaged or are defective,please contact us at sales@wallkeebike.com, and provide photos or videos that containing the actual defects as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Wallke support team could provide you with technical solutions. The damages caused by transportation like scratches, defective parts are NOT justifications for returns.

If you received a wrong item:

In some rare cases, a mix-up during fulfillment day happens. If you've received an item that you haven't ordered or received the wrong item, please contact us directly and we'll correct the error right away.

The item should be unused and in its original packaging for replacement.

Returns of New and Unused Items

We allow you to return ebike item in new, unopened and unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund with no restocking fee. For all returns, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the recipient. There will be a round-trip shipping cost charge deducted from the final refund, unless Wallke made a shipping error. For used item, we will deduct the round-trip shipping fee and 20% restocking fee from the final refund.

Return

We will not accept any returns after 14 days from the delivery date or have more than 10 miles on the odometer.

It must have less than 10 miles on the odometer
Free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use
It must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, tools, gifts etc.)
It must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it.

We will deduct the round-trip shipping fee and 20% restocking fee from the final refund.

Exchange

To be eligible for a exchange, the item must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the original packaging and condition that you received it.

Exchanges are not allowed after 30 days of the delivery date.

If you plan to exchange a same model but different color, a round-trip shipping cost charge shipping charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you plan to exchange a different model, you must pay the corresponding price difference and the round-trip shipping cost.

Please aware:

All orders are required to be returned in their original packaging, returns will not be accepted in other packing materials. PLEASE RETAIN YOUR BIKE BOX even if it has been damaged in shipping.
If any parts are missing from the returned items (the original packing box is also included), we will charge a fee from the refund as appropriate.
If the customer sends the return without consultation with Wallke Service and the official consent of Wallke EBike, a refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay the shipping to get the item returned, or, sacrifice the item.
If you cancel after your order has been sent you are responsible for the return shipping fee. In addition, the original shipping fee we incurred to send the bike to you will not be refunded (even when ‘free’ shipping is advertised).

Full-new Returned, Open Box Wallke eBike Return Policy:

Full-new Returned, Open Box Wallke eBike is sold “as is” and is not eligible for a return but is still covered by our standard e-bike warranty.

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

Product from Unauthorized Reseller
The damage is caused by human
Special order, such as open box sales
Gift cards
Giveaways or free items
Accessories
Battery

Due to return shipping carrier restrictions, battery purchases are non-returnable. High-capacity lithium-ion battery shipping restrictions prohibit consumer's ability to return batteries via shipping carriers.

REFUSED DELIVERIES

If a product is refused upon delivery for any reason other than extensive damages, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from the customer. This includes shipping charges originally included in the purchase price of the product.

If you refuse shipment, the product will go back to the delivery company and may not get back to the sender address- Wallke warehouse for 2 or 3 weeks. A return cannot get processed until the product is received by the warehouse.

The third party shipping company will charge an extra refused delivery shipping fee of $200. We reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $200 to partially cover our shipping costs.

Refunds:

If the bike has been ridden it will not be eligible for return. Please do not send your purchase back to us until we have authorized the return in writing. To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at sales@wallkeebike.com

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed.

For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.

When returning items for non-quality issues, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Wallke does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality-related warranty claims.

Orders Flagged as Fraud

If your order is flagged by our system as a high risk of fraud, we reserve the right to refuse to fulfill and refund your order. If you feel that a refund was made by mistake, please contact us.

Price Match Policy

You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your price match guarantee. Our price match guarantee covers new electric bicycles (excludes demo, clearance and open-box items).

Return & Refund Steps:

If you are not satisfied with your order or wish to return or exchange your order, please feel free to contact us via email (info@kopuwayglobal.com) Monday through Friday within 14 days of receiving your merchandise.

Submit your order number, the reason for your return, clear pictures or video of the item, and the shipping package. We will provide a return address via email once your return request is approved.
When returning the package, please ensure that the item is intact and that all accessories inside are intact. (Except for items that are defective, damaged or missing upon receipt). Leave the goods in the original box, sealed. Attach the barcode we provide to the package and send it to the address sent to you by our customer service.
When the goods are sent out, send the shipping receipt and tracking number to us in time. (If you don't contact us, we can't help you deal with it.)
After our warehouse receives the goods to confirm that they are not damaged and in good condition, you will get a refund within 10 business days. (Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment or store credit only.)

3. Defective or Damaged Products:

Buyers need to provide pictures or videos to show the problem.
The return shipping fee is the responsibility of KOPUWAY.
Please allow us to have 2-3 weeks processing time to issue the exchange or refund. Our mechanic will inspect every returned item. After the inspection, if it is the manufacturer's defective problem, you will get the exchange or full refund within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Damage:

We only use DHL, FedEx top service shipping companies. Please check the package when it arrives. Please Do NOT sign for any damaged package. It is your responsibility to sign the delivery in person and inspect the package before you sign anything. If you noticed the package is broken, please ask the delivery man to file the shipping damage claim immediately. Also please give us your shipping damage case number, and we will help you to get the compensation from the shipping company as soon as possible.

5. Item Not Received

The package tracking information says delivered but you haven't received it. We'll get in touch with the shipper and track it down. If we can’t find it, we’ll ship you a new item or issue a refund.
No tracking information and you haven't received the item within 7 days. Please feel free to contact us for help.

6. Items with Missing Accessories

If you received a product that is missing accessories, please send us some package pictures and information, and we will check the accessories and resend them to you.

7. Cancellations:

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before shipping.
If you cancel an order after shipping or refuse delivery (except for deliveries refused due to shipping damage), it will be treated as a return and will be subject to shipping charges.

SNAPnGO LLC Website Return Policy

SNAPnGO LLC wants you to be 100% satisfied with the products you purchase from SNAPnGO LLC’s webstore at www.e-snapngo.com. If at any time within thirty (30) days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund. The product must be returned undamaged (except for damage covered by our warranty) and in the original packaging. Purchaser must follow this return procedure:

Within 30 days after receipt of the Product, Purchaser must contact SNAPnGO LLC Customer Operations at support@e-snapngo.com and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

After Purchaser receives an RMA number from SNAPnGO LLC, Purchaser must return the Product to SNAPnGO LLC in the original packaging. The Product must be shipped no later than three business days after the RMA is issued. The RMA will include the return shipping address. For Domestic purchases (the Continental United States excluding Alaska), the Purchaser is only responsible for the cost of return shipping. For international purchases, the Purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping and duty plus the original shipping and duty costs.

Upon receipt of the returned Product, SNAPnGO LLC shall inspect the returned Product to confirm that it is undamaged (except for damage covered by our warranty) and in the original packaging. Upon such confirmation, and provided the Purchaser has followed the procedure set forth in this Policy, SNAPnGO LLC shall credit Purchaser for the purchase price less applicable deductions for international purchases.

If Purchaser returns Product that is damaged due to reasons not covered under the warranty, not in the original packaging, or otherwise not in accord with this section, then SNAPnGO LLC shall not issue any credit to Purchaser and Purchaser shall pay all costs for return shipment of the Product to Purchaser.

Refund & Return Policy

We can refund for orders that haven't been shipped, the refund will occur within 7 to 15 business days.
If your order has been shipped from factory or the overseas warehouse, we will not provide any refunds, because we can't intercept the order after it has already been transmitted to the logistics company.
If the tracking website shows "delivered", we cannot refund you
If your order gets lost while being shipped or at the customs clearance, we will notify you and let you to decide whether you want a refund or a new shipment free of charge. (If you choose a refund, we do not refund the shipping cost)
If there is any quality problem with the product you received, please contact customer service. We will provide you with free replacement parts as soon as possible, and assist you to replace parts under our guidance.
If your skateboard order has not been shipped out from WowGo factory, we allow you to cancel the order.

2. EXCHANGE & RETURN

FREE REPLACEMENT

Customers may return the product due to serious shipping damage (affecting the use of functions) or missing parts. For us to better understand the problem and solve it effectively, photos and / or videos are REQUIRED as evidence.

*Definition of critically-damaged items: the main structure of the product is obviously deformed and affects its normal functions in any form.

Note: the following situations will be seen as normal and will not apply to the free replacement or refund policy:

Minor damage to the outer packaging.
Minor scratches or paint loss on the product.
Damage to parts or wearing parts after excessive use.
Damage to parts or wearing parts after using for a certain while or a certain number of times.

Possible Solutions:

- If an item is missing: we will resend the missing item/accessory for free.

- If we have shipped the wrong item: we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). Velowave will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and compensate you the return shipping fee when we receive it.

- If the product is damaged in transit: please contact us first at cs@velowavebikes.com.

14 DAYS RETURNS

For e-bike products: We allow you to return any item in new and unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund with no restocking fee, minus $200 shipping fee ($200/item deducted from refund). The customer is responsible for arranging and paying any charges for return shipping, which may vary depending on the shipping company selected. For customers who want to return the product for their own reasons, Velowave will not bear the shipping cost of returning the package. If you customers require Velowave to provide a return label, customers will need to pay an additional return shipping fee.

Returns of used items. Any items returned in a used condition may be returned within 14 days. However, there is a return shipping fee of $200 per item and a restocking fee of fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price (both deducted from refund), in addition, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying any charges for return shipping, which may vary depending on the shipping company selected. For customers who want to return the product for their own reasons, Velowave will not bear the shipping cost of returning the package. If you customers require Velowave to provide a return label, customers will need to pay an additional return shipping fee.

To be eligible for a return, the customer must meet the terms instructed below:

Must be in like-new condition and free from dirt, dust, or fragrances
Must be in the original packaging (all cardboard and foam) and condition that you received it
Must include all items that were included inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.)
The ebike must be under ten (10) miles on the odometer

For accessories products: any returned accessory or replacement part must be unused, free of wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or other signs of use. It must be sealed and unopened in the same packaging and condition you received it. We will charge $20 for sent out shipping & restocking ($20/item will be deducted from the refund). The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, which may vary depending on the carrier selected.

Please notice: if a customer decided to arrange the return shipment by himself and the request has been confirmed by Velowave’s customer service team, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safety of the shipping and the success of the return. The customer must choose the signature confirmation service for the shipment, and we highly recommend adding additional shipping insurance for the return package. Velowave will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or other accident to the shipment arranged by the customer.

Non-returnable/non-refundable Items:

- For an ebike that has been delivered for more than 14 days or used for more than 10 miles, we do not accept returns anymore and follow our warranty policy.

- Used Products, batteries, special orders, sale items, and gifted orders shall not be returnable except in extreme cases of breakage/malfunction covered by our warranty, and then only after receipt of our approval for the return.

3. REFUND

Please understand that any item returned with an order that used a discount code will have the entire discount code value subtracted from the refund value, whether you return one ebike or multiple ebike. Once our warehouse has received the returned product(s) and checked to confirm it meets our return condition, we will deduct any applicable fee and send the remaining refund according to the customer's original payment method. We will refund within 3 business days.

Customers are encouraged to check with their credit card company and/or bank if the refund has not been posted to their account within three days of being issued. Delays may occur due to the different fund transfer procedures in different financial institutions.
